Product Roadmap

Where PureTable is headed on iOS, Android, and the web.

Three surfaces, one product

The web app is the full PureTable experience today. iOS and Android apps are on the runway, built on the same core so every feature we ship reaches all of your devices.

Available now

Web App

The PureTable web app runs at puretable.app on any device — no install, no app store. It is where every feature ships first, and where the biggest improvements land next.

  • Install to home screen (PWA)

    Shipped

On iOS and Android, you can already add PureTable to your home screen. It launches with its own icon and runs full-screen, much like a native app.

  • City-specific shareable URLs

    Shipped

Every city gets its own link — puretable.app/discover/denver, /discover/austin, /discover/pagosa-springs — that anchors results to that location so you can share exactly what you are looking at.

  • Location-aware Discover

    Shipped

Results respect your real location (or a city you pick) with a tight radius filter, so a search for "true food" in Denver returns Denver, not Jacksonville.

  • Transparent PureScore

    In Progress

Every score will show its work: which signals contributed, how confident we are, and which sources we analyzed. Tap a score to see exactly why.

  • Offline mode

    Planned

Saved restaurants and recent searches will be available when you lose signal — useful in basements, airports, and rural drives.

  • Push notifications

    Planned

Opt-in alerts for new clean-eating spots in your city, score changes on restaurants you have saved, and weekly local digests.

  • Menu scan to PureScore

    Planned

Point your phone at a menu; see per-dish scores appear in real time. Best feature to try the moment you sit down.

Coming to iPhone & iPad

iOS App

A native iPhone and iPad app, built on the web app you already love. The web app will keep shipping features first; the native app adds polish, speed, and deeper device integration.

  • Home-screen install via Safari

    Shipped

iPhone and iPad users can install PureTable today from Safari — Share → Add to Home Screen. It looks and feels like a native app, no App Store needed.

  • Native app on the App Store

    Planned

A true native iOS build, reviewed and distributed through the App Store. Targeting launch after the web app crosses its first retention milestones.

  • Apple Maps integration

    Planned

Open any restaurant directly in Apple Maps for directions, with PureScore visible in the card view.

  • Native camera for menu scanning

    Planned

The menu-scan feature gets faster and cleaner with native camera access, including live on-menu score overlays.

  • Apple Wallet savings

    Planned

Save partner restaurants and loyalty perks directly to Apple Wallet for quick access.

  • Sign in with Apple

    Planned

One-tap sign-in that respects your privacy and stays consistent with other iOS apps you use.

Coming to Android

Android App

A native Android app on Google Play, built from the same core as the web and iOS apps. Shipping alongside iOS once the web experience is proven.

  • Home-screen install via Chrome

    Shipped

Android users can install PureTable from Chrome today — tap the install prompt or use the menu. It runs full-screen with its own icon.

  • Native app on Google Play

    Planned

A true native Android build on the Play Store, with faster startup, deeper OS integration, and Play Store discoverability.

  • Google Maps integration

    Planned

Seamless hand-off to Google Maps for directions, with PureScore carried through the deep link.

  • Rich push notifications

    Planned

Detailed alerts with restaurant images and quick actions — save, share, get directions — right from the notification shade.

  • Sign in with Google

    Planned

One-tap sign-in using the Google account already on your phone.

  • Android Auto (exploring)

    Planned

Surface saved clean-eating spots on your car display when you are on the road. Scoping feasibility.
