Our PureScore rating system uses AI-powered analysis to evaluate restaurants across multiple criteria including organic practices, local sourcing, ethical farming, and transparency.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. User Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant PureTable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
5. Restaurant Claims
Restaurant owners may claim their business listings through our verification process. Claimed restaurants can respond to reviews and update their information. PureTable reserves the right to verify ownership and may remove or suspend claims that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PureTable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The PureScore methodology and algorithm are proprietary to PureTable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PureTable does not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, ratings, or reviews. Users should independently verify restaurant information before making dining decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
PureTable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
